Roast potatoes and parsnips, veggie sausages, mashed swede and carrot mix, steamed broccoli and sprouts and lots of gravy. The important bit being the nommy first sprouts of the season. Yum yum yum
Blackmail is such an ugly word. I prefer "extortion". The "X" makes it sound cool.
What swede?

Chickpea omelette with spring onions, parsley and some salsa. First attempt with the stuff. It was great!
Chocolate Chickpea Spread
Oh my gosh, this is so very yummy and nice... who would have thought it. This is my perfect nutella replacement. Next time I’ll put a little less sugar in it as I like things less sweet then that, but other than that…. Oh-boy-oh-boy-oh-boy.
Very yummy on toast.

I used Bryanna's recipe improvising a bit with the spices. I suspect you need more oil than she suggests, as mine did stick a bit, but they were delicious all the same.
I got an error message, but I suspect it's this one right? It sounds far more interesting than the chocolate spread I've been buying from the store. Thanks!
Colcannon. I found a poor little cabbage hiding in the back of my fridge earlier.
Slightly odd mix of soy sauce, orange juice and peanut butter to form a dipping sauce for apple slices. It was very nice actually.

I had one of those packets of prepared stir fry vegetables which I stir fried with sesame oil, then I added sharwoods plum sauce, and some leftover chicken style granose nut loaf. I then added some cooked white rice and baked beans.

It started off so well......nut loaf and baked beans in stirfry?
"Mr Flibble - forum corruptor of innocents!!" - Hemlock
The nut loaf was in chunks and there was only about a tablespoon of baked beans. It just added that extra delicious element.

pure spread and marmite on wholegrain toast. Mmmmm.
It being halloween, there are pumpkins everywhere right now, so I decided to make my first ever pumpkin pie. I used this recipe from fatfreevegan.com:

....using a banana to replace the egg replacer () and it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the recipe - and if you've got a decent blender is very simple to make.

I just ate/drank a raw carrot, orange, ginger, garlic, walnut oil and raw tahini smoothie sprinkled with brazil nuts. Delicious but a teeny bit too much water.

McSweenies veggie haggis, mashed spuds and swede, roasted brussel sprouts, carrots and squash, with onion gravy. I'm completely stuffed.
Braised tofu fried in soya sauce and sesame oil with sliced cucumber in three tortilla wraps. Cup of coffee with a chocolate egg and three cupcakes that I made, two with jam and buttercream icing and one with chocolate buttercream icing.
(I need to throw up.)

I'm impressed BC, that's my kind of eating.
chocolate muffin.
I made the chocolate cupcakes from VCTOTW, but just threw all the ingredients in a bowl, stirred them, and poured the lumpy mixture into a non-lined dark metal muffin pan. The result is little compacted dense chocolatty things which I am now calling chocolate muffins. Baking at my best.

I just had a tomato and green olive salad, garlic ciabatta and spicy vegetable pasta washed down with a couple glasses of rose wine. Yummy.

It's really good! You to spread peanut butter on both sides of bread (gotta be seedy bread - warburtons seeded batch is.. *drool*..) and nice thick slices of RIPE pear (none of this rock hard nonsense)
You need to try it! I'm totally addicted
I've had one of those with strawberries. It was quite good.

Just had a yummy Giardiniera pizza at Pizza Express with melting mozzarella Cheezly (without pesto sauce and with spinach instead of cows cheese).

it was yesterday evening - does it count? super-tasty tofu and portobello mushroom stew-type thing with mashed potato and savoy cabbage. mmmmmmmmmm. am slowly converting teetering-on-the-edge-of-vegetarianism housemate to full blown veganism, hee hee
I was going to make a roast dinner but then I looked in the fridge and saw I had spaghetti leftovers so I had to eat that first. I made part of a roast dinner after, maple syrup roasted carrots/ parsnips, stuffing with added onion and vegetable gravy. I will probably make the mashed potatoes, green beans and more gravy later tonight.
