alpro choc/caramel/vanilla yogs £1 morrisons
Oatly is 92p in Morrison's just now. Perfect in porridge to start the dark autumnal mornings
Both the Asda's in my area have now stopped selling Redwoods
Caroline, thats a really good offer, I love Good Oil.
Sue, I don't think our Asda has ever sold Redwoods, but that is Stevenage for you.
That happened in Harrogate about a year ago, and someone i met last weekend noticed that in Leeds somewhere just recently.
I did my usual activist thing of handing a personal letter in for the attention of the store manager asking if we can get some Redwoods stuff back in but they said something about the chicken style pieces being discontinued from their supplier or something and i can't remember what they said about the fish finger-esques. BOOOOOooO!
Anyway, off topic i guess! hehe...
original source mens range buy one get one free in sainsburys
I was in Tescos at the weekend and they had a bit of a splurge going on for Diwali. Quite a few vegan goodies on BOGOF.
From Sutton, Surrey, (or Greater London when they want to fleece me for the Olympics)
Asda have the Pure slices on special at £1 per pack. Not sure if that's everywhere or just the Chatham store. Downside is that's probably the end of them being stocked.

Our local sainsbury's have made room for Xmas crap by getting rid of the tangerine soya choclate, insted of 89p they are 35p. Yay.
Quitting something because it's hard is wrong, and quitting something because it's wrong is hard. One takes cowardice, the other bravery.
Asda curry sauce is now down to 5p for a 440 grammes jar. Surely the jar is worth more than 5p!
It's pretty much like chip shop curry, slightly fruity and sweet. We had it tonight with onions, peppers, mushrooms and a little mango chutney stirred in over chips. Damn fine.
Reminds me of the loss-leading bread and baked beans wars of the 90's. Not sure the curry sauce wars will have the same impact.
"Danger" could be my middle name … but it's "John"
I look forward to the curry shop wars. It will be like a dirty protest version of Bugsy Malone.
Sainsbury's are selling choc drops for biscuits and muffins for 50p (normal £!)
I do remember 10p loaves of bread and 5p for three litres of fizzy pop
was always shocking to see how cheap things were when we came over for a holiday as we used to pay over a pound irish for both.
Sainsbury's are doing some cheap deals on spuds in our local one at the moment and are doing original source for £1 now instead of buy one get one free, sadly they stock very little of the range.
co-op are doing buy one get one half price on some of their own brand laundry and dish washing detergents and the eco dishwasher tabs are currently 4p cheaper than the regular ones.
The buy one get one half price at holland and barret is still running too.
If I sink to the bottom I can run to the shore.
Sainsbury's does buy 2 for £2 on Alpro soy yogurts and soy milk from the chilled section (starting this Wednesday).
First it was necessary to civilize man in relation to man.
Now it is necessary to civilize man in relation to nature and the animals.

Pizza Express almost always have an offer on. There's a mailing list you can sign up for them.
Recently they've been getting progressively worse; first 2 for 1 (i.e. 2 pizzas for £6-£8), then 2 for £10, now 4 for £20

Went to the new Homes and Bargins store by me today (Stourbridge) and they had those dairy free bars with tangerine in - 39p
Also those raspberry bars - ruffles or something 5 for 89p.
Staff said they will sometimes get soya products in.
Can you get any pre made pizza that is suitable for vegan? I usally just gat the bases and add the topping myself.
I tend to buy the bases or make the bases but Asda do sell DIY pizzas as in you choose a base, and they put the toppings on without the cheese. They have a pizza bar by the deli counter.
Last time I checked the ingredients for the base was vegan but there are risks of cross contamination.
I know there is a big Asda at Small Heath on the 60 bus route but it is a massive store - dont know if a friend could take you Dreama? The pizzas freeze ok.
Yes I was going to suggest the Waitrose chargrilled vegetable antipasti pizza, although it's been hard to find in the usual branches around here recently. I did wonder if they'd stopped making it but I saw it in one branch the other day.

I've stopped buying it - 4.99 for a base with hardly any toppings on and a teeny bottle of basil oil.

I wish I'd known H&B had 40p off Cheezly before I bought 5 packs for full price at the health food shop. (Gang of us off to Pizza Express tonight and hopefully they'll agree to use the Cheezly.)

Sainsbury's have the packs of 5 New York Bakery Bagels for 1 pound, all varieties. I have bought some of the Cinnamon and Raisin type as they are yummy with jam.
Blackmail is such an ugly word. I prefer "extortion". The "X" makes it sound cool.
Place an order worth £60+ with Natural Collection or Ethical Superstore this week and you'll get free delivery, a free vegan lavender soap and a £10 gift voucher.

Waitrose have some sort of special offer on Cauldron organic marinated tofu pieces at the moment. Looking at my receipt I think it was two packets for £4 though so possibly they are to be had cheaper elsewhere? Spot the sucker
