Followed by spicy mexican vegetables with red kidney beans, scooped into hot tacos with melted cheese, salsa and sour cream. A generous slice of homemade lemon cheese cake with cherry topping, a wedge of yummy gooey chocolate cake and two scoops vanilla icecream.
D: Nothing, too stuffed to move. Just had a lie down
Supper: Prolly a banana and an apple or something else light...

I had such an indulgent day, but I figure I deserve it since I'm spending Easter alone.
Breakfast: bowl of shredded wheat with sugar and soymilk. Cup of English breakfast tea
Lunch: more vegan pizza, since I made a double batch of dough yesterday. I had enough dough for a small pizza for myself, and I put veggie pepperoni, red pepper and spinach on it. And I had a can of organic grape soda
Supper: big piece of CC's triple chocolate cake that I made for myself . I have this huge pan now, that I have to eat up! I don't think that will be too difficult, it was SOOO good!
ETA: another piece of pizza and *another* piece of cake!

Damn Roxy, I eat those italian "sausages" all the time but normally just as breakfast food... I never really put it together and used a bun. And avocado? Mmm. Brilliant!

UPDATE: omg the red lentil soup was SO good!!! It was the "Raunchy Red Lentil Soup" from La Dolce Vegan, so if you have that cookbook, go and make this soup! I couldn't believe how flavourful it was. And I have enough for the next few days

I daren't post what I ate today! Far too much of not very good things. I couldn't feel full today. Most strange as that normally happens at a different time of the month. On the plus side, I tried Plamil's hazelnut choc and it was OK. Normally I don't much like their choc.

and that easter egg and jelly stars i cunningly bought an extra (that i stashed in the top kitchen cupboard away from curious eyes) of cos i knew i wouldn't get any given over easter

- 6 mini organic oatmeal cookies.
BREAKFAST - 1 Soylatte (I bought a little "whipper" fro $1.95 from IKEA which can make great lattes in half a minute!). 1 slice of German raisin and walnut bread with almond butter.
LUNCH - Musli with fortified soymilk.
DINNER - Homemade broccoli and potato soup. Baked sweet potato and veggie barbeque "rib".
SNACK - 1 apple. 1 toast.
