Fennel and orange salad. I'm not generally a fan of fennel but it just works in this salad.

I may or may not have stayed with Mrs Maple Spice + family last weekend.

It also 'happened' *wink* to be Canadian Thanksgiving during my stay, which we indulged like true champs for. Gutted I didn't take a photo, was incredible.

I can't think of many things I want to do right now more than become best friends with Maple Spice. I made one of her recipes once, it was awesome (and still not as awesome as her version, if the picture was anything to go by... she is truly a goddess!). *jealous of Gwydion"

Cauliflower, fennell and puy lentil shepards pie w/ coleslaw and sprouted bean salad from Cornucopia, Dublin.
It was amazing, best shepards pie I've had.

Barry, Cornucopia is pretty great! I adore their home-made vegan mayonnaise I always get the coleslaw and the potato salad in their two-salad take-away container.
