Hehe!! Yum!
Last night I had an Amy's cheeseless pizza and I shredded some Earth Island Mozarella on the top before I baked it in the oven. At the end I put it under the broiler for a couple of minutes to brown the cheese.
It was soooo good!!!

I had spaghetti (with lots of veggies) over brown rice. Nice yummy change from pasta. I don't really like pasta, actually. I think I'll do this for now on.
Peace, love, and happiness.
spaghetti as in the spaghetti pasta with vegetables over brown rice? That sounds unusual. Must've been good though to be posting in this thread!
I'm guessing she meant spaghetti sauce?
Bean salad - red kidney and cannelini beans with chopped red pepper, grated carrot and rocket with an olive oil, Dijon mustard and red wine vinegar dressing, all topped with toasted sesame seeds. Divine

"Danger" could be my middle name … but it's "John"
Last night I made cinnamon buns. They were pretty easy to make and delicious.
I just used my breadmaker to make the dough, rolled it out fairly thinly then spread it with a mixture of margarine, oil, cinnamon and sugar. Rolled it up, cut it into rounds, flattened them a bit and left them to rise for about half an hour and then whacked them into an oven.
Took most of them into work, and they seemed to go over okay. Came back home to find the three I'd left for my housemate all gone as well

I just made some really great pasta! There was a mushroom tomato pasta sauce, "buffalo" grilled artichokes (it has that buffalo wing spice and tang), and some vegan ground "beef" that I fried up with some of that mushroom tomato sauce mixed in. It turned out really well! The best pasta I've made!
I'm eating it now with a Samuel Smith Nut Brown Ale, which is my new favorite beer. Mmmmm.
I can't find Sam Smith's beer anywhere up here! You're so lucky
Baked sweet potato wedges with cinnamon, cayenne pepper & a drizzling of maple syrup.

I just ate the most delicious salad. I've been making this salad quite a bit over the past couple of months and it's soooo yummy.
Romaine, strawberries, avocado and raspberry/walnut vinigrette topped with crispy onions.
Oh my word Roxy, that sounds divine
Kind of makes my (homemade) black beanburgers pale in comparison!
Those blackbean burgers would probably pair up very nicely with that salad!
...vegan curry sauce!
