L: 5 bean salad, avocardo and onion with taco shells

Dinner will be sweet potato and carrot mash with corn on the cob and bok choy

Breakfast: Handful of nuts and grapes

Lunch: Maxi burger (a beef-style burger with Tofutti cheese, gherkins, salad, tomato, some 'pink sauce' (no idea what pink sauce contains!) and probably other stuff) and chocolate cake from Gopal

Dinner: Home-made chickpea omelette with mushrooms, carrot, courgette, red onion, potato and Redwoods cheddar accompanied by some re-fried beans

Snack: Cola Cao with almond milk

^It was....mmmm. I used the baking powder biscuit recipe from La Dolce Vegan, but I leave out the oregano.

B: cajun fried tepeh with melted tofutti chedder style cheeze, fried mushrooms and toms sandwich Plus plamil mayo (closest thing I've tasted to a cheese and bacon sandwich if you like that sort of thing)

L: sweet potato with corn on the cob, onion and pure sunflower margerine

Dinner will be spicy tempeh with rice and greens

coffee with soy milk,water and just opened some red wine :satisfied:

B:pitta bread warmed with fried mushrooms, cheatin ham,cherry toms and plamil mayo with garlic.

L:pitta warmed with jerk fried tempeh, cucumber, fried mushrooms and plamil mayo with garlic. Too many ready salted crisps

D: veggie rice

I'm sure I will snack on other stuff tonight as I'm always bad at the weekend...probably Amy's blackbean burrito or tuffuti chedder style slices on toast with cherry toms.:evil:

B: Porridge with molasses and an alpro dark chocolate custard stirred in.
L: a lot of peas with a spoonful of hummus and some sojasun plain yoghurt to bind them, 2 nut burgers and some herby mushrooms.
Afternoon: several frozen fruit squeeze-pop things from Sainsbury's (they were on special offer, 2 packs of 6 for 2, lemon, strawberry and orange flavour - well, I had to try one of each, didn't I? :)), also a square of chocolate almond brownie with an alpro vanilla pot. Vegan pregnancy multivitamin.

After that lot I'm not really hungry, but I do have some organic broccoli lined up to do something with...may have to search for some inspiring recipes.

Uni tonight, so dinner will be a spinach and avocado sandwich w/ sweet chilli sauce on wholemeal rye bread

And lots of water. Usually end up drinking 2 litres or close to lol
