    i really really want to go grain free for good. i did it for short periods of time and i always felt awesome, almost high on life. i want to focus on eating fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, and legumes.

    im planning on experimenting with a low carb vegan ice cream using coconut milk and stevia (and whatever flavorings i want) to help satisfy my sweet cravings. i'll let you know how it turns out.
