    soup mix ( dried, mix of barley, lentils, beans, split peas etc) with 100g dried haricot beans

    tomato and rice loaf ( easy vegan cooking leah lenneman) - froze 3 portions
    carrot and swede mash
    petit pois
    broccoli
    new potatoes
    onion gravy
