Whyyyy, oh WHYYY?! How do you guys come up with this stuff just out of the blue??/ When I invent I come up with rice and veggies thrown on top with some beans.

Your breakfast looks nice! And why no tofu, are you unable to buy it where you are?
yeah, kitteh, there are only two places where you can buy tofu here, and both of them are very expensive.

oh, and thankx! actually, i have the same thing for brakfast 75% of the time, but that day looked like *take me a picture, pleeeeeeease*

Pavo - I have NO idea if that winged gourd is edible. I suppose it probably is, but I like it just fine sitting on my coffee table :)

Super Vegetable Soup - I used the recipe for Fava Bean & Vegetable soup in The Guten Free Vegan cookbook. But subbed lentils for fava beans and added heaps of veges: corn, brocc, bok choy, green beans, carrots, celery, potatoes, mushrooms and served it with brown rice.

WOW! gonna have to make me some of those Viennese Whirls! They looks scrummy and the photo is fab! Looks like something out of a cookery book. Outstanding!!! :D

My dinner last night ......... dhansak, jalfrezi, rice, banana chutney and yoghurt, with garlic naan bread

(it took my hubbie 5 HOURS!!!!! to make the dhansak and jalfrezi and some onion bhaji. 5 hours!!!!)

yes please do, i had gulabjamun as a veggie and really liked them but i've never had a vegan version.

how do you get on with the phillips ice cream maker cherry?

I wrote a rubbish feedback and lakeland said it was a faulty one and sent me another it is freezing as we speak - I will get my money back if this one doesnt work:satisfied:

It's fab! Works perfectly. I usually keep the freezy bit in the freezer so it's always ready cos it takes a while to chill.

made fantastic ice cream tonight cherry - no stopping me now - just wondered if sorbet was a possibility....
