Nope, that salad was from a restaurant. I haven't figured out how to do blackened tofu quite like that yet.
Here's a salad I did make, though. Romaine, shredded carrot, cucumber, sauteed mushrooms, peppers, black beans & corn w/ chili & lime, avocado, cilantro, scallions, lime zest and spicy Mexi-ranch dressing.

I place each grain, one by one, into a pile and then press it into place with my tongue. It takes a long time.
I suppose if you're lazy you could press the rice into a measuring cup or similar and then turn onto the plate :p
Re milk and pancakes. You could make nut milk if you don't have any soy milk. Soak the nuts (almond or hazelnuts work well) for as long as you have time to .. then blast in the blender with some water and strain off the resulting nut milk. You can then use the leftover nuts to use in rissoles or cutlets or nut loaf.

this is the first time i ever attempted this and it came out pretty damn good!
curried tofu "chicken" salad. i used sesame peanut tofu and mixed in raw walnuts, raisins, pink lady apple and of course veganaise. i added garam masala, curry, and cumin. i didnt feel like having it on bread because i was in the mood for some crunch.

burmese curry from The Asian Vegan Kitchen, incredibly good and incomparable to any other curry I've had so far (and I'm a girl who knows her curries):

Most kind, thank you :D
Yes I do make a lot of recipes up ... I made up the choccy thing, but the pizza was heavily influenced by the Millenium restaurant recipe book. The aioli was theirs and it was A-maz-ing *drools*
