    Question Cooking question and I need an answer quick!

    I want to make a sauce (for noodles) using coconut milk as a base ingredient. But, it seems that when it gets hot it becomes really watery. Anyone know why? And how could I avoid this. Thank you!

    cornstarch or flour would work to thicken it up.
