Ok, so here goes *takes a deep breath*
My aim is to adopt a raw food lifestyle; not sure about going 100% but would certainly like to eat two raw meals out of three every day.
And the idea behind this thread is to chart my progress, what I eat, and the emotional and psychological aspects of going raw. Because at the moment the idea of going raw feels a little like hiking to the summit of Everest
Please feel free to respond, encourage, give advice or support - the more the better! All I would ask is if you yourselves want to post what you eat, or do something similar to this, that you start a separate thread.
