A typical day might be:
1) Big bowl of dry muesli
2) A few slices of fried sugared bread
3) A few apples, maybe a banana
4) Tin of baked beans poshified with onions, tatties, curry spices, ginger, with a few bits of toast
5) Freshly picked chamomile, meadowsweet, mint etc tea
6) Leftover sandwich (or two or three) (containing last night's slop and some lettuce)
7) Maybe cook up some stew/reheat if there's any left, typically containing at least onions, garlic, tatties, beans/lentils, veg, stock and spices
8) snack on whatever's around, and random berries that I pick
